Millennial generation: What will you be?

Howie Severino is a Filipino journalist and has worked in print, television, and online media. In this talk, Severino talks about the potential of the millennial generation to create change and serve the country.

Why I chose to serve the barrio

Dr. Michael Caampued is a Doctor to the Barrio assigned to the far-flung island of Polilo, Quezon where he stayed for more than four years. Finding inspiration from his desperation with the national and local government, he aims to use his barrio stories to inspire more people.

Lighting up lives in the Philippines

At age 16, Mark Lozano co-founded One Million Lights Philippines, a nationally-awarded youth-led organization that has improved the lives of over 70,000 Filipinos from 80 marginalized off-grid communities nationwide by providing them with clean, safe and affordable solar powered lights.
